Service Description
This integrative massage can include Swedish relaxation, deep tissue massage, stretching, hot/cold therapies, and cupping when deemed appropriate by both the LMT and client. The Licensed Massage Therapist uses knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to treat your muscles and connective tissue with careful intent to relieve pain, increase range of motion, and promote your body's natural ability to heal. Please arrive on time for your session to insure time for planning. Shorter sessions are focused on your problem areas and their causes though targeted work on trigger points and tense muscles. Longer sessions can include full body treatment as well as targeted work and are adapted to your wellness goals.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. My scheduling includes time for consultation and to change your clothes. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your treatment session while full payment for the scheduled appointment is required. Payment forms include cash, check, credit card. Cancellations require 24 hours notice or incur a re-booking fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled session. No-show/No-call situations will require full payment for the scheduled session.
